Our Philosophy

Our passion is to provide children the opportunities they need to be successful! We are founded on the philosophy that can be found in Proverbs 22:6; “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Our Mission

America’s Little Leaders aims to instill in students the motivation, inspiration, and determination to pursue success, while equipping them with the necessary skills to navigate and overcome the diverse challenges that today’s world presents.

Why Non-Profit?

We’ve chosen to embrace a nonprofit model at America’s Little Leaders because we’re deeply committed to making quality education accessible to all children, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Every child deserves a fair shot.

Our Educational Approach

“Anything that is worth teaching can be presented in many different ways. These multiple ways can make use of our multiple intelligences.” – Howard Gardner

  • S.T.E.A.M. Curriculum
  • Coding & Robotics
  • Student Tablets & Tech Use
  • Gardening & Cooking
  • Martial Arts & Other Activities

Our educational approach embraces the diverse ways children learn, integrating Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences with a robust STEAM curriculum. We recognize that each child has unique talents and learning styles, so our programs are tailored to foster intellectual, creative, and personal growth across science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. By nurturing these varied areas of intelligence, we aim to empower our students with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a dynamic world.
